Michael Sattinger is a professor in the Department of Economics, University at Albany, State University of New York where he has taught for over twenty years. He has previously taught at the University of �rhus in Denmark, Miami University and the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

He frequently serves as an economic expert in litigation matters relating to employment, antitrust, class certification, and contracts. He publishes in numerous journals and books on a variety of economics topics, including labor economics, income distribution, antitrust, and damages issues. Dr. Sattinger holds a Ph.D. in economics from Carnegie-Mellon University and a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Michigan.
