Mr. Chandler is a Managing Director of Spectrum Consulting Partners LLC ("SCP"). Before forming SCP, he was a Managing Director of UHY Advisor's Business Valuation and Litigation Services Divisions, and nationally recognized Tax Division. Mr. Chandler was with UHY (and its predecessor) for more than thirty years and served as a member of its management committee. Mr. Chandler began his professional career on the audit staff of Price Waterhouse & Co. (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers LLP).

Mr. Chandler has over 35 years of experience in accounting, taxation, business valuation, financial analysis and damages calculations. He has testified as an expert witness in Federal District Court, New York State Supreme Court (and other state courts), Surrogates Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and at arbitration hearings concerning accounting, taxation, financial, valuation and damages issues. He serves on the commercial panel of neutral arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association and has served as a referee to hear and decide complex valuation cases.

Mr. Chandler is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("AICPA") where he has served on the Steering Committee and as a speaker at its Annual National Tax program. He is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the AICPA and has co-authored its professional education course entitled, Estate Planning for the Small Business Owner. He is a Member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and has served as a Director, President of its Northeast Chapter, Chairman of its Tax Division/Executive Committee, and as a frequent speaker at its continuing education programs. He has also served as a Director and President of the Estate Planning Council of Northeast New York and New York City, and as Chairman of the Tax Committee of Associated Accounting Firms International. Mr. Chandler is a member of the CFA ("Chartered Financial Analyst") Institute (and is a CFA Charterholder), and the American Society of Appraisers where he formerly served as President of the New York City Chapter. He is member of the New York State Bar Association where he has served as Chairperson and speaker at its continuing education programs on matters of accounting, trust accounting, taxation, financial analysis, and valuation.
